Submitting a copyright notice

If you believe that a photograph, product description, illustration, graphic, or other material displayed on this website uses your copyrighted work without permission, you may submit a written notice for review. Please identify the original work and the specific content in question so our team can understand the concern and respond appropriately.

Details to include in your report

1. Your full legal name and the name of your business or organization, if applicable.
2. The precise webpage URL or a clear description of the location of the material you want reviewed.
3. A description of the original copyrighted work and an explanation of your ownership or authority to represent the rights holder.
4. Your current mailing address, email address, and telephone number so we can contact you regarding the report.
5. A statement confirming that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or applicable law.
6. A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.

Counter notifications

If content has been removed or restricted following a copyright complaint and the affected party believes the action resulted from an error or mistaken identification, they may submit a counter notification. It should identify the material involved, explain why the removal is disputed, provide the sender's contact details, and include any declarations required by applicable copyright law. Additional information may be requested where necessary to assess the matter.

Review and repeated complaints

Bocci reviews copyright concerns individually and may temporarily remove or restrict access to disputed content while a report is assessed. Where appropriate, we may request clarification or supporting documentation before reaching a decision. Repeated submissions that are demonstrably misleading, abusive, or materially incomplete may be subject to further review and appropriate restrictions.
